In the area of intellectual property litigation, Terry Zakreski has been a registered trade-mark agent for over a decade and has successfully prosecuted numerous registrations for a wide variety of clients, large and small. In addition, Mr. Zakreski has considerable trade-mark and patent infringement court experience. In the landmark patent case, Monsanto v. Schmeiser, Mr. Zakreski represented Percy Schmeiser at his Federal Court trial, his appeal before the Federal Court of Appeal and finally the Supreme Court of Canada.
