Disputes frequently arise in construction projects between owners, contractors, subcontractors, and trades. We are skilled in all aspects of construction law and construction litigation and can assist in preparing and reviewing contracts as well as providing representation when disputes arise, including advice regarding and filing builders’ liens. We also do work on behalf of insurance companies who insure contractors and/or owners.
