Profile
Britney practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law and estate planning. Britney’s corporate practice includes business acquisitions and sales, shareholders’ and partnership agreements and other corporate contracts and transactions. Britney’s estate planning practice includes drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, trusts (both inter vivos and testamentary) and other testamentary documents. While maintaining a general practice in both corporate and estate planning, Britney also commonly assists clients with the succession of private businesses and corporate reorganizations.
